Not exactly sure how the PCV opens, but could that take care of the spikes in pressure? I would think that if it can open when boosting, it would allow the excess crank case pressure to bleed off into the plenum. I guess that would mean that crank case pressure would have to be higher than boost pressure, but if you are talking about vac going to boost it should still be in a safe range of crank case pressure, right?
